摘要
分析了弧齿锥齿轮传动噪声产生的原因以及提高齿轮强度和降低齿轮噪声的矛盾性,讨论了现有提高齿轮强度和降低齿轮噪声的常用方法。在此基础上,提出了一种修形弧齿锥齿轮的设计加工方法,并设计了新型加工刀具,此外,还借助于局部综合法,研究了修形弧齿锥齿轮的啮合质量。
The reasons that noise is brought by spiral bevel gear's driving and the conflict of improving gear strength and reducing gear noise are analyzed,and the present methods in order to improve gear strength and reducing gear noise are dissussed.Based on the analysis,advance a method of designing and processing modification spiral bevel gear and design a new type of cutter are put forward.By the local synthesis method,the mesh quality of the modification spiral bevel is researched.
