摘要 以水杨酸为诱导子添加到人参培养物中,研究水杨酸不同的添加浓度和添加时间对培养物生长的影响,最后得出水杨酸的诱导效果以10-3mg.L-1的添加浓度,28d时加入最为明显,皂苷含量达到4.02%,是对照的1.3倍。 Salicylic acid was added in panax ginseng culture as inducing factor, and studied the effect of different adding density and different adding time on the growth of culture. The result showed that the inducing effect was the most obvious when the density was 10^-3mg· L^-1, the adding time is in the 28th day, and the maximum content was 4.02%, 1.3 - fold higher than the untreated cultures.
