摘要
用一系列浓度的水杨酸 (SA)处理玉米叶片 3d后 ,接种玉米小斑病菌T小种毒素孢子悬浮液 ,检测病斑面积和过氧化物酶活性的变化。结果表明 ,1 1和 1 9mmol/LSA诱导对提高玉米的抗病能力效果最好 ,病斑面积最小 ,与未经SA处理的NC1 0 3病斑面积相比差异极显著 ( p <0 0 1 ) ,但过氧化物酶活性的变化幅度不大。
Salicylic acid was used to elicit plant disease denfence in this paper. we measured the dimension of the leaf spot and determined the changes of POD. The results demonstrated SA enhanced the disease resistance of maize and declined the invasion by Bipolaris maydis race T.The inducing effects of 11 mmol/L and 19 mmol/L SA were all significant (p<0.01) and the dimension of the leaf spots were smaller than others. But POD activity was not enhanced.
