摘要
以疏肝理胃汤治疗幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）相关性慢性胃炎４４例，并与西药对照组比较分析。结果显示，治疗组痊愈、显效率达７７．２％，总有效率达９７．７％，而对照组分别为３６．４％和７９．５％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；对胃脘疼痛主症的改善情况，以及ＨＰ抗体的转阴率也优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
44 cases of chronic gastritis caused by helicobacter pylori (HP) were treated by SGLWD and by medicine for a comparison.The results showed that thd remarkedly effective rate of using SGLWD is 77.2%,and the total effective rate is 97.7%.But the group of using medicine is 36.4% and 79.5%,respectively.After a comparison between the two groups,a conclusion indicates that the group of using SGLWD is better not only curing certain main symptoms such as stomachache,but also turning into the negative rate of HP than the those of using medicine(P<0.01).
