试论学习化社会中教师角色的转变

摘要 强调终身教育、终身学习的学习化社会的发展对教师素质提出了新要求,要求教师具有全新的教育观念,具有创新精神和终身学习的宏观意识。同时,为适应学习化社会的发展,教师角色应该做出相应转变,从"教授者"向"激励者"转变,从"独奏者"向"导演者"转变,从"管理者"向"引导者"转变。 The study society's development that emphasizes lifelong education, lifelong learning proposed the new requests to the teachers" quality, requesting the teacher to have the brand - new education ideas, the innovative spirit and lifelong learning macroscopic consciousness. At the same time, to adapt learning- oriented society's development, the teachers" role should make the corresponding transformation, approaches to "the stimulator" from "professor", approaches to "director" from "the soloist", and approaches to "the guide" from "the superintendent".
