摘要 采用可靠性计算软件(RAMSES)对福建莆田市10 kV配电网的可靠性进行了评估,对提高架空线路可靠性的实用措施进行了总结。简要介绍了RAMSES的可靠性模型,并针对该地区电力系统运行的实际情况,特别是可靠性基础数据统计方法,推导出检修数据转化公式,将开关和断路器的检修事件转化为架空线和电缆检修事件,对原始数据进行了处理。可靠性评估结果说明各主要指标均与实际相符,对莆田电网实际运行和规划具有很好的指导作用。 The reliability of 10 kV distribution network of Putian city was evaluated by using software RAMSES and practical measures to improve the reliability of the overhead lines were summarized. The model of the reliability of RAMSES was briefly introduced, and for running the power system in the region of the actual situation, in particular the reliability of statistical methods based on data, maintenance data into the formula was derived, which transforms the switches and circuit breakers overhaul event as overhead lines and cables overhaul event. The original data were processed. Reliability of assessment results indicated that all the major indicators were in line with the practical operation of power grids in Putian and had a good guide for the running of the actual power system.
