摘要
本文从信息网络传播权保护的角度出发,概述了国际国内立法过程,分析了信息网络传播权的内涵和性质。通过对相关立法的解读,本文试图为著作权人与数字图书馆双方利益之间寻求一个平衡点,从而有利于构建和谐的网络空间。
From the protection of the information network distribution right, the paper introduces the international and domestic legislation process, and analyzes the connotation and the nature of the right. Through the analyzing of the related law, the paper tries to seek a balancing point between the copyright-owned persons and digital library so as to build harmonious network.
