摘要
为探讨淫羊藿多糖(EPS)对雏鸡免疫功能和禽流感-新城疫重组二联苗免疫效果的影响,将80只1日龄雏鸡随机分为4组,每组20只。分别于1日龄皮下注射生理盐水及12.5mg/mL、25mg/mL、50mg/mLEPS,连续7d,于7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56日龄采血,检测淋巴细胞转化率、中性粒细胞吞噬力、AI和ND抗体效价、红细胞免疫功能。结果表明:不同浓度EPS均能显著提高淋巴细胞转化率、中性粒细胞吞噬力、AI-HI和ND-HI抗体效价、红细胞-C3b花环率,降低红细胞-IC花环率,且中剂量效果较好。淫羊藿多糖作为免疫增强剂和疫苗佐剂,具有较好的研究价值与应用前景。
To study the effects of epimedium herb polysaccharides (EPS) on the immunity function and effect of avian influenza (AI)and Newcastle disease (ND) Vaccine in chickens,80 one-day-age chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups,20 per group. Experimental groups and control group were hypodermical injected physiological saline and different doses of the EPS separately for seven consecutive days,and then draw blood on the 7^th,14^th,21^th,28^th,35^th,42^th, 49^th,56^th to detect translation rate of blood lymphocyt,phagocytosis rate and index of neutrophil erythrocyte,AI-HI and ND-HI antibody titers and immunity function of red blood cell in chickens. The results showed that there was enhancement of immunity function in every experimental group. EPS had very good research value and prospects in inununopotentiator and vaccine adjuv ant.
