摘要
根据医改确立的公立医院改革目标,结合东阳市人民医院的改革实践,认为用较少的资源生产更多的适应社会需求的医疗服务产品,更好地维护人民群众健康,是公立医院肩负的社会责任,并提出推进和深化公立医院改革,关键在于构建公立医院法人治理结构,建立规范高效的运行机制,设置科学合理的医疗服务价格体系。
According to the objectives of public hospital reform designed by health system reform, based on the experience of Dongyang People＇ s Hospital, the social responsibilities of public hospital were discussed. The main responsibilities was using less resource and producing more medical service fitted for the publics to promote people＇ s health. The key measures for public hospital reform were creating corporate governance structure, establishing normal and effective operation mechanism and setting scientific and rational medical price system.
