摘要
医院的分配制度改革是推进我国医疗改革向纵深开展、解决医疗体系深层次矛盾的一项重要内容,也是提升医疗服务水平、完善医疗保障制度的一项重要内容。当前,全国各地众多公立医院就分配制度改革进行了大量的有益探索。本文拟从我国公立医院现行分配制度的缺陷为视角,探讨存在问题的原因,并对下一步改革的深化提出对策做一浅析。
