摘要
介绍了某小型电动清扫车车架的强度刚度的有限元分析方法,以组合单元法建立了车架有限元分析模型,运用有限元法分析了该车架在典型工况下的应力水平和分布情况,在此基础上对该车架进行优化,为小型电动清扫车的设计提供了一种设计思路。
Introduced a finite element analysis method of a minitype electric sweeper frame during analyzing its intcnsity and stiffness. Established a finite element model of the frame by the method of combinatorial elements as well as analyzed the stress and distribution in typical work status by finite clement analysis method, Optimized the structure of this frame after analyzing it, Provided an idea of designing minitype elcctric sweeper.
