摘要
货车车架在进行有限元计算时,该如何考虑货厢底部纵梁对车架的作用,直接影响车架计算的有效性。本文介绍采用货厢纵梁与车架共同建模的方法,解决了货载通过货厢纵梁向车架的传力和货厢纵梁与车架纵梁之间的力分配问题。
When doing truck chassis finite element calculation, how to treat the effect of the longititude beam under body will affect the effectiveness of chassis calculation. This paper adopts unit mold establish of body longititude beam and chassis, and solve the problem of force transmission to chassis through body longititude beam and force distribution between body longititude and chassis longititude beam
