摘要
针对国内外超薄玻璃生产线的现状,提出了研究开发超薄玻璃洁净搬运机器人的必要性,阐述了该机器人的机械结构的组成及技术特点,并以该机器人的X轴大梁为例进行有限元分析。通过有限元分析及其长时间运行实践证明,该机器人高速动态响应性好,定位精度高,具有安全可靠等优点。
Contra posing the domestic and overseas actuality of ultra-thin glass product line, the indispensability of research and development ultra-thin glass clean robot is brought forward,the robot's mechanism and technical characteristic is expounded,and axis X beam is analyzed infinite element as an example. According to analyzing infinite element and practicing running for long, it is proved that the robot not only has favorable high-speed dynamic response characteristic and positional repeatability,but also has the merit of security and reliability.
