摘要
蒸馏玫瑰花提取玫瑰精油出油率很低,因而玫瑰精油价格昂贵。我们对^(60)Coγ辐射提高玫瑰精油出油率进行了实验室研究和生产现场生产性实验。玫瑰花经γ线处理后,玫瑰精油出油率提高50%以上。对辐射法生产的玫瑰精油进行了定性、定量分析,评香专家作了鉴定,认为辐射对玫瑰精油质量无明显影响。
The rose essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of rose flower,With this way. rose oil yield is very low, therefore the price of rose essential oil isexpensive. A technology of using ^(60)Co γ-irradiation to increase essential oil yieldshas been developed in our laboratory and factory. The yields had been increased over50%. The main chemical components were identified, and the fragrance of the essen-tial oil was evaluated by specialist. using ^(60)Co γ-irradiation, the qualities of rose es-sential oil are not influenced.
