摘要
世界统一市场的形成与激烈的市场竞争,使得因特网环境下企业的组织模式应该为虚拟企业,全面分析了虚拟企业的组织结构,随后运用灰色系统理论,提出了一个虚拟企业选择联盟伙伴的灰色综合评价的方法,并且给出实例说明其应用,结果表明该方法简便、合理、实用.
Facing the competitive pressure in the global marketplace, virtual enterprise becomes the necessary organizational pattern of Internet based enterprises. The organizational structures in virtual enterprises are analyzed. A grey comprehensive evaluation method on the virtual enterprises to choose alliance partners is put forward,combined with the grey system theory. An example is given to explain the method. The result shows that this method is rational, simple and practical in calculation.
