摘要
虚拟企业盟主组建创新联盟的目的在于追求更高的创新收益,但与自主创新相比,联合创新中盟主企业收益获取过程的影响因素更为复杂。本文以盟员企业的资源与能力、合作收益分配中的寻租行为以及合作过程中的交易成本等关键因素为基点,建立了盟主企业预期合作收益的影响因素模型,深入剖析了虚拟企业盟主在合作过程中面临的机会与威胁,并在此基础上,进一步给出了盟主企业在动态联盟中的合作策略建议。
The purpose for the host of virtual enterprise union to initiate the virtual union is to pursue higher innovation incomes. But compared with independence innovation, the united innovation brings more complex affections on the union host's effort in getting his own incomes. In this paper, a conceptual model is set up to analyze virtual enterprise's affections on the union host's own income. Some key factors, such as partner's resources and capability, rent-seeking activities in cooperation profit distributions, and transaction costs in cooperation processes, are deeply analyze. Basing on this analysis, the advices of cooperation strategy in virtual enterprise are given to the union host.
