摘要
建立干部经常性考察机制已逐渐引起高校党委和组织部门的重视。从高校实际出发,为进一步增强经常性考察的实效性,应对高校干部实行科学分类,以增强经常性考察的深度;拓展考察重点领域,以增强经常性考察的广度;完善考察反馈体系,以加大经常性考察结果运用的力度,从而更好地发挥经常性考察机制在加强高校干部队伍建设中的重要作用。
The establishment of the regular inspection for college administrators has been drawn great attention by the Party Committee as well as the Organization department in the college. To enhance the effectiveness of this regular inspection, we can, taking the real situation of the college into consideration, classify college administrators in a scientific way so as to deep en the inspection; broaden the range of inspection and improve the feedback system for the inspection to strengthen the positive effect from the inspection result. Thus the role of developing college administrative staff can be improved.
