摘要
1例48岁女性患者,因患支气管炎给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠3g溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml静脉滴注。静脉滴注约10min时,患者出现呼吸困难,烦躁不安,口唇发绀,意识丧失,血压未测及。立即停药,给予吸氧、肾上腺素、地塞米松及氢化可的松治疗,最终抢救无效死亡。
A 48-year-old woman was given an IV infusion of cefoperazone/sulbactam 3 g dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml for treatment of bronchitis. The patient developed difficulty breathing, agitation, lips cyanosis, and unconsciousness with an unrecordable BP about 10 minutes after starting the infusion. Cefoperazone/sulbactam was discontinued immediately. Despite treatment with oxygen inhalation, adrenaline, dexamethasone, and hydroeortisone, she died.
