反应性低血糖-高胰岛素抗体血症临床病例报道 被引量：3

摘要 外源性胰岛素治疗糠尿病可产生胰岛素抗体（IAB），随着胰岛素的广泛应用，胰岛素抗体在糖尿病治疗中的临床意义引起人们的关注。使用胰岛素尤其是动物性胰岛素，由于胰岛素抗体的产生不仅增加了胰岛素的治疗剂量，并使发生在治疗中的低血糖危险增加。外源性胰岛素引起的高胰岛素抗体血症导致的低血糖发作是一种少见但十分重要的低血糖病因，现将我们临床所见高胰岛素抗体血症导致的低血糖发作病例报道如下。
