以深圳市为例,分析了第三方施工工地燃气管道抢修应急预案的重要性和必要性,阐述了抢修应急预案的编制原则、基本结构、编制方法、组织实施、演练及动态管理。
Taking Shenzhen City for example, the importance and necessity of the emergency response plan for gas pipeline emergency repair at third party construction site are analyzed. The establishment principle, basic structure, establishment method, organization implementation, exercise and dynamic management of the emergency response plan are elaborated.
