摘要
北京市西城区在图书馆开展政府信息公开查阅工作,通过一些探索和实践发现,公共图书馆在提供政府信息服务过程中存在着政府信息量少、公众知晓率低、服务水平较低的问题。因此,应进一步明确公共图书馆在政府信息公开中的定位,探索建立中国政府出版物在公共图书馆的寄存制度,宣传公共图书馆开展政府信息公开查阅工作,开展对工作人员的专业培训,做好针对性的服务。
The consulting work of the government information openness is provided in the public libraries of Xicheng district, Beijing. Through the exploration and practice for some time, it shows that the public libraries have problems as less government information, low public awareness and low level of service in the process of providing government information service. Therefore, we should further clarify the position of public libraries in the government information openness, explore the establishment of depository institution of the Chinese government publications in the public libraries, give wide publicity of the consulting work of the government information openness in public libraries, and carry out the professional training for librarians to provide good services.
