摘要
本文阐述了中医临床科研的思路和方法，提出遵循中医理论是中医临床科研设计的指导思想。课题设计必须具备五个基本要素，要注意传统科研方法和现代科研方法相结合，立足临床实践，及时总结经验，在验证前人学术观点的基础上，不断深化认识，从一般规律中探索特点，在应用中发展创新；重视辨证与辨病相结合，扬我所长，体现特色，对当前中医临床科研提出了切合实际的见解。
In this paper the principle and approach of designing clinical research in traditional Chinese medicine discussed. The author believes that it is necessary to follow TCM theories in designing clinical research. The designing of a project must include five basic elements. Traditional approaches must be combined with modern approaches. Ideas should come from clinical practice. By prompt summarization of personal experience and verification of the existing academic viewpoints, better understanding will be achieved and specific features will be explored from general rules. New trails can be blazed from application. It is imperative to combine syndromes with diseases to foster the strength of TCM, because syndrome differentiation is the specific feature of traditional Chinese medicine.
