摘要
研究了在pH为6.0的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液存在下的OP/正丁醇/正庚彬水的配比为2/6/1.5/54微乳液介质中,2-(5-溴-2吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)与钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)的显色反应,钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)表观摩尔吸光系数分别为:ε588=0.886×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1和ε560=0.991×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,分别比胶束介质中的灵敏度提高了17%和26%.钴(Ⅱ)和镍(Ⅱ)含量分别在0~25μg/25mL和0~21μg/25mL范围符合比尔定律.选择560nm和588nm为测定波长,利用解方程组法对镍和钴同时进行测定,消除了彼此的干扰,也提高了测定灵敏度和测定速度.对矿石的测定,结果令人满意.
A spectrophotometric system of cobalt and nickel with 2-( 5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)- 5-diethylaminphenol is studied in the microemulsion in which the ratio, OP/n-butanol/nhepane/water, is 2/6/1.5/54. The results show that the sensitivity of the color reactions is enhanced in the medium of the buffer of pH 6.0HAC-NaAC and the microemulsion. The apparent molar absorptive coefficients are 0. 886 × 10^5L · mol^-1 · cm^-1 for cobalt at 588nm and 0. 991 × 10^5L · mol^-1 · cm^-1 for nickel at 560nm. Compared with that in OP medium, the sensitivities of the color reactions are increased.by 17% and 26% in the microemulsion medium. Beer's law is obeyed respectively in the concentration range of 0 -25μg/25ml and 0 -21μg/25ml. When λ560 and λ588 for the determination of Co( Ⅱ ) and Ni( Ⅱ ) are used as a double of wavelengths, simultaneous determination of cobalt and nickel is achieved by applying dual- wavelength standard addition method. This method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, simple operation, and eliminate interference. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of cobalt and nickel in nickel ore sample with satisfactory result.
