摘要
中国电大之所以能发展成为世界远程教育领域的巨型大学,最关键的是依靠持续不断的制度创新。在新的发展形势下,电大教育要取得可持续的发展,必须坚持诱致性制度变迁与强制性制度变迁相结合并以强制性制度变迁为主的原则,在重新界定电大教育产权、进一步推进电大教育的资源共享、优化系统运行机制、健全与完善远程教育法治体系等方面积极推进制度创新。
It is mainly depending on persistent institutional innovation that TV University can grow into multiversity in the field of distance education around the world. Under the new circumstances, to achieve sustainable development, TV Education must closely combine the Induced Institutional Change and Compulsive Institutional Change, with the Compulsive Institutional Change in the lead, define the property of TV Education, advance the resource sharing of ＇IN Education, optimize the systematic operation, actively boost the institutional innovation in the establishment and improvement of the law system of higher education and the like.
