摘要
通过室内试验,比较置换、中和-置换及化学沉淀-电絮凝处理方法对废蚀刻液的处理效果。结果表明,化学沉淀-电絮凝工艺的处理效果最好,其适宜工艺条件为废蚀刻液pH=6.0~7.5、电絮凝电流密度50mA/cm2和电絮凝作用15min,此时COD和Cu2+的去除率分别达98.7%和99.98%。研究表明,经过化学沉淀-电絮凝工艺处理的酸性蚀刻废液可达到排放标准,同时化学沉淀过程中产生的沉淀物经处理后可得到硫酸铜产品。
The present paper intends to introduce our treatment and recovery method of acidic etching solution, a kind of wastewater of printed circuit boards (PCBs). For the research purpose, we have done a series of experiments with acidic etching solution from one of the PCBs companies in Shenzhen, Guangdong. The analysis results of the wastewater quality proves that the acidic etching solution is a kind of wastewater with high organic and Cu^2+ content, which is composed of 27.5 g/L and 160 g/L, respectively, with heavy odor pollution. For the time being, the pollution the acidic etching solution has brought to the environment is very serious, which makes it of great urgency to adopt proper measures to remove the organic residue substance and recycle useful metal from the solution. On the basis of comparing the three currently adopted methods, i.e. the replacement, the neutralization-replacement and precipitation-electro coagulation, and the experiments have shown the precipitation-electro coagulation is ideal. The experimental results of ours help to define the best operating conditions as follows: the acidic etching solution pH should be 6.0- 7.5, with the electro coagulation current intensity being 50 mA/cm^2 and the optimal electro coagulation operating time 15 min. Under such conditions, the removal rate of COD and Cu^2+ can reach 98.7 % and 99.98 %, respectively. At the same time, the treated effluent can be made up to the wastewater discharge standard GB 8978-1996. In addition, the removing effects of this system application prove to be stable and less influenced from the outside surroundings. Thus, precipitation-electro coagulation process suggested here by us proves of great value for the treatment and recycle of the acidic etching solution.
