摘要
采用酸性蚀刻液与碱性蚀刻液混合沉淀铜的方法，生产工业硫酸铜，不用蒸发浓缩，工艺简单，成本低．对影响产品质量和产率的主要因素ｐＨ，化浆用水量和浓硫酸用量进行了探讨，找到了最佳工艺条件，产品质量符合ＧＢ４３７－８０．
This paper dwells on the uncomplicated,lowly-cost technology of producing cupric sulphate for industrial me by mixing acid and alkaline ethching liquids to deposit copper without vaporation and concentration.It probes into the salient factors influencing the quality and productivity of the produce,which include the pH figure and the quatity of dissolving water and dense sulphuric acid and points out the best productive condition that can make sure the quality of the production to be up to the national standard GB 437-80.
