摘要 以聚醚类破乳剂(SLD-1002)为原料,丙烯酸为扩链剂,加入引发剂及催化剂,进行聚合酯化反应,合成出新型高效改性破乳剂A,考察诸因素对产物破乳性能的影响。结果表明,新型破乳剂A具有脱水速度快、脱出水质好、油水界面齐等优点,综合优于其他破乳剂及未改性破乳剂,此方法达到了生产一种高效广谱破乳剂的目的。 A kind of novel efficient demulsifier was synthesized by existing SLD-1002 polyether demulsifiers as material,crylic acid as chain entender, acid as catalyst,BPO as initiator,xylene as solvent. Aimed at the dehydration rate of crude oil,some reaction conditions were studied. Under the same condition,the other demulsufiers were used for comparison. It was known that novel demulsifier shown better dehydration capability than others,dehydration speed was rapid, interface of oil and water was orderly. This method gained the purpose for synthesizing a kind of efficient broad-spectrum demulsifier.
