摘要
本文借助分工与协作、交易费用、组织生态以及学习型组织等理论来描述和解释跨学科组织。运用分工与协作理论主要是从知识生产效率的角度解释跨学科组织的产生;借鉴交易费用理论则从知识生产成本的因素论述跨学科组织存在的理由;从组织生态学的观点看,跨学科组织的出现是大学学科生态发展的自然选择;而学习型组织理论则给跨学科组织的未来描绘了蓝图。
The paper unscrambles the inter- disciplinary organization in virtue of four theories, labor and cooperation, transaction cost, ecological organization, as wen as learning organization theory.
