摘要
新时期高等学校的"双肩挑"辅导员制度是一项有中国特色的思想政治教育形式的成功实践。"双肩挑"辅导员制度的特色是向高学历和能力发展,将思想政治教育工作与业务工作有机结合,并在工作中使用与培养人才,新形势下"双肩挑"辅导员面对激烈竞争与过大的工作压力,经验不足、能力受限和过多的事务性工作以及职业化问题困扰。建议积极为他们做好辅导员工作创造必要的发展条件,加强对"双肩挑"辅导员的科学培养,努力实现思想政治工作队伍建设良性循环。
In the new as sginificant part of the college-political-and-ideological-counselor system, the system of college ideological and political counselor＇s assuming professional as well as administrative resposibilities has been proved a suceessfull practice of the Chinese-characteristic higher educational system. The system of college ideological and political counselor＇s assuming professional as well as administrative responsibilities is characterised by the counselor＇s being possessed of both higher educational level and ability, capable of combining ideological and political education with professional work in an organic way, and able to employ and foster talented people during his or her work. In the current situation, the political and ideological counselors who assume administrative as well as professional responsibilities are facing severe competitions and pressures followed. However, the increasing complication of working environments is making some political and ideological counselors incompetent for their work to some degree; Various routine duties render them unable to spare full time and energy for their major work; And the professionalization of political anal ideological counselors has established restrictions on their own career. It is suggested that essential and favorable conditions where college ideological and political counselors can effectively fulfill their major duties should be provided; the collge ideological and political counselors who assume professional as well as administrative duties should be cultivated in a more scientific way;and efforts should be made to realize a virtuous circulation of the college ideological-and-political counselors＂ team building.
