摘要
简要概述了国内中小型企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题,说明了"绩效管理"在企业管理中的重要性。通过实施"绩效管理",实现企业利益的最大化。
This paper described the importance of "Performance management" in enterprise management by briefly summarizing the existing problems in human resource management concerning domestic medium & small enterprises, and pointed out that an enterprise can achieve maximum profit by implementing "Performance management" .
