摘要
通过合理调整工艺参数,应用电磁感应熔渗法成功制备了性能良好的硬质合金/钢双金属复合材料。利用SEM、XRD等检测手段对复合材料的显微组织和元素的扩散情况进行了分析,并测试了复合材料的宏观硬度。通过常温三体磨料磨损实验研究了复合材料的磨损性能。研究表明:复合材料中,硬质合金与钢基体冶金结合良好;硬质合金与钢基体间硬度过渡均匀;复合材料的相对耐磨性随着载荷的增加而明显提高,载荷为5.25kg时,相对耐磨性达到45钢的4.88倍。
The cemented carbide/steel bimetal composite was successfully prepared by electromagnetic induction meltinginfiltration method. The microstructure and elements diffusion behavior of the bimetal composite were analyzed by SEM and XRD and the macro hardness was also measured. The room temperature three-body abrasive wear experiment was performed .The results show that there is a perfect metallurgical combination and a homogeneous weld pad between the cemented carbide and the steel matrix. The relative wear resistance of the bimetal composite improves quickly with load increasing. And the relative wear resistance is 4.88 times of the normalized 45 steel when the load is 5.25 kg.
