摘要
论述了缺碳的WC—Co硬质合金中η1相的形态和分布规律及其鉴别方法,研究了影响η1相的因素,讨论了成核和长大机制。结果表明,wc-co合金的η相虽存在多种形式,但同一试样的平衡组织中只能出现一种η相,η1相形核于WC—Y相界,其成核和长大受Y相成分和数量制约,因而受合金碳含量、钴配量和WC晶粒尺寸等因素的影响。
The morphology the distribution regularity and the examination method of η--phasein in WC--Co cemented carbides areillustrated,the effect factors on η--phase is studied,the nucleating and the growing mechanisms are discussed. The resultsshow that,even though there are more types of η--phase in WC--Co alloy, but only one type of η--phaes is present in the equilibrant microstructure of one sample;The η--phase nucleates at the WC--Y boundaries and the nucleating and the growingare restrained by the composition and the amount of Y--phase and so affected by the carbon content the cobalt content theWC grain size in alloy as well as other factors.
