摘要
依据WC-Co硬质合金各相含量间的关系,推求出两相(WC+γ)合金中γ相成分极限和碳含量宽度。结果表明,对于两相WC-Wo合金,其γ相成分(钨和碳在γ相中的固溶度XW和XC)与合金钴配量和碳含量有关且存在关系:xw=1379xc+1.47-37.1xc,但其两相区上下限γ相成分与合金钴配量无关,分别为xw:0.0752和0.234,xc:0.00491和0.00248(Wt):WC-Co合金两相区上下限碳含量和γ相含量(wt.)与合金钴配量有关,其两相区的碳含量宽度与合金钴配量有正变关系。对上述结果进行了实验验证。
The γ phase composition limit and the carbon content width in two phase WC-Co cemented carbides were derived according to the relations among all phases in aloys.Test results show that the γ phase composition ( x W and x C ,i.e,the solid solubility of W and,C in the γ phase)is related to the nominal Co content and C content in the two phase alloy,and there is a relation: x W =1397 x C +1.47-37.1 x C .The high and low limits of γ phase composition in the two phase alloy are irrelative to the nominal Co content in it,and they are x W :0.0752 and 0.134, x C :0.00491 and 0.0028 (wt.),respectively.The high and low limits (wt.) of carbon content and γ phase content of the two phase zone in WC-Co alloy are related to the nominal Co content in the alloy,and the carbon content width(wt.) of two phase zone bears a positive going relation to the nominal Co content in alloys.These results have been examined experimentally.
