摘要
金属基复合材料具有较低的热膨胀系数,是制造光学系统构体和雷达天线元件的理想材料。木文选取了T300纤维、M40纤维和L2、LD2、LF2、LY12铝合金基体,用热压法制成复合材料。研究了纤维种类和基体种类对复合材料的热膨胀系数的影响,分析了获得低膨胀系数的机理,提出了获得低膨胀系数的复合材料的基体和纤维的最佳选择。
Metallic matrix composites are widely used jor manufacturing equipments of t(?) optics systems and radar antennas because of having a low coefficients of the(?)mal expansion (CTS): In this paper we use the fibers of T300 or M40 and the mauix of L2. LD2, LF2, LY 12 to make speciemens by hot pressing. It is studied that the effects of the varieties of matrix and fibera on CTE of composite and the reasons of low CTE are analy(?)ed. It also gives a best (?) of fiber matrix and fiber of composite which has a low CTE.
