单螺杆压缩机螺杆轴的有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 螺杆轴是单螺杆压缩机主要零件之一。通过计算其临界转速可以消除振动,为螺杆轴优化设计提供理论依据。根据振动理论建立螺杆轴的动力学模型。运用Autocad生成实体模型,导入ANSYS建立有限元模型,应用B lock Lanczos方法计算出螺杆轴前六阶临界转速及其振型,利用临界转速的理论计算公式计算出螺杆轴第一阶临界转速,其结果与有限元计算结果误差不大。最后模拟出了螺杆轴位移分布云图,结果表明螺杆轴满足刚度设计要求。 Screw shaft is main part of screw compressor. The vibration is removed through calculating the critical rotation speed which offering theory base for optimum designing screw shaft. The dynamics model was constructed based on vibration theory. The entity model was drawn by Autocad, the finite element model was constructed in ANSYS software, the preceding six step critical rotation speed and corresponding modes was calculated by applying Block Lanczos method. The first step critical rotation speed was calculated by theory formula of critical ro- tation speed, the results was almost same as the results by finite element analysis. The displacement distribution figure was simulated, which showed that the screw shaft satisfied stiffness require.
