摘要
目的：建立HPLC法测定脉络宁注射液中阿魏酸含量。方法：色谱柱：Kromasil100-5C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-0．1％甲酸溶液（25：75），流速：1．0mL／min，柱温：25℃，检测波长：323nm，进样量：10μL。结果：阿魏酸浓度的线性范围为2．24—89．6mg／L（r=0．9998），平均回收率为99．47％（RSD=1．76％，n=6）。结论：本法简便实用，可用于脉络宁注射液中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of ferulic acid in Mailuoning Injection. Methods： Kromasil 100-5 C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） and methanol- 0. 1% formic acid solution（25：75） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min were used with a column temperature of 25℃, a detection wavelength of 323 nm and a injection volume of 10 μL. Results： The standard curve of ferulic acid was linear in the range of 2.24 - 89.6 mg/L（ r = 0. 999 8）. The average recovery rate was 99.47% （ RSD = 1.76%, n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and practical. It can be used for content determination of ferulic acid in Mailuoning Injection.
