摘要
天津滨海新区正处于快速发展时期,而新区现有的职业教育与培训资源难以支撑新区的经济发展需要。尽快健全新区的教育决策机制,整合新区的职业教育和培训资源,构建融通、开放、灵活和富有弹性的职业教育和培训体系,使职业教育对劳动力市场需求做出敏捷和灵活的反应,促进新区产业结构的调整和升级,以保证滨海新区经济良性快速地发展。
Tianjin Binhai New Area is now in its fast growing period. The current vocational educational and training resources cannot support the economic development demand of the new area. Decision-making mechanism of education should be perfected and the vocational educational and training resources of the new area should be integrated. Expedite, open, flexible and elastic vocational educational and training system should be established so that vocational education can make quick and flexible reactions to the requirements of labor market. Thus the adjustment and the upgrade of the industrial structure of the new area can be promoted so as to ensure the economy of Binhai New Area be developed well and fast.
