复合喷动烟气净化工艺气液主反应区段蒸发特性研究 被引量:3

Study on evaporation characteristics of flue gas purification technology with multi-spouted bed in gas-liquid main reaction zone

摘要 针对一种新型半干法复合喷动烟气净化工艺,提出了使用截面温度标准差判定蒸发过程的分析方法,利用双回路抽气式温度、湿度测量装置和可测量径向截面温度分布的网状测量装置对该工艺的气液主反应区段进行了蒸发特性研究。详细研究了分析方法、雾化气液比、烟气温度、烟气速度对蒸发特性的影响。研究结果表明,烟气温度对蒸发特性有显著影响,由120℃上升至180℃可使气液主反应区缩短34%;雾化气液比由0.1上升到0.3可使气液主反应区缩短23.5%以上;烟气速度对气液主反应影响较小,但较低烟气速度有利于离子吸收反应的进行。 The analysis method using the section temperature deviation to judge droplet evaporation is adopted in this paper. For the purpose of studying and analyzing evaporation characteristics, temperature of the gas-liquid main region is measured with the temperature and humidity measurement device with double gas-pumping channel and section temperature netty measurement device. The effects of analytic means, gas-liquid ratio, flue gas temperature and velocity on evaporation characteristics is studied in detail. The results indicate that flue gas temperature has a great impact on the evaporation characteristics. When flue gas temperature varies from 120℃ to 180℃, the main gas-liquid reaction region is cut by 34%. When gas-liquid ratio ascends from 0. 1 to 0.3, the main gas-liquid reaction region is cut by at least 23.5%. Changes of fuel gas velocity barely affect the main reaction region. Low velocity is advantageous to ion absorbing reaction.
