摘要
在试验台上,应用粒子动态分析仪(PDA)对内循环多级喷动脱硫塔内流场进行了试验研究,获得了脱硫塔内颗粒浓度和气固两相速度分布特性。结果表明:多级喷动塔体结构可增加脱硫塔内颗粒内循环,提高塔内颗粒浓度;边壁与中心颗粒数比可达125;并通过定义无因次速度比,说明连续变化的截面提高了气固滑移速度和气液传质系数。研究结论对工程应用有很好的参考价值。
Experimental studies on flow fields, within internally circulating multistage spouted desulfurization towers, have been carried out by using a particle dynamic analyzer(PDA) . Particle concentration and gas-solid two-phase flow velocity distribution characteristics, within the tower, were obtained. Results indicate that both internal circulation and the concentration of particles are enhanced by the tower's multistage spouted structure. The ratio between particle numbers near the wall, to that in the eenteral part may reach 125. By defining a dimensionless speed ratio, the fact that both gas-solid slip velocity and the gas-liquid phase mass transfer coefficients increase, with continuous variation of the cross-section, is being explained.
