摘要
PIV技术作为一种先进的全场瞬态测速技术,已经在单相和多相流动研究领域中得到广泛的应用。半干法烟气脱硫塔内的速度分布直接影响烟气和脱硫剂的混合及反应接触情况,尤其是在主床底部,气固两相流场较为复杂,此处的气固流场对整个系统脱硫效率有比较大的影响。利用PIV技术对半干法烟气脱硫塔内的流场进行了研究,得到了底部测试区域颗粒的速度分布。
As an accurate high-quality instantaneous measurement technology, particle image velocimetry (PIV in acronym) has applied widely in single-phase flow and multiphase flow. The velocity distribution in semi-dry FGD tower directly influences gas-solid mix and contact situation. In base of the tower, gas-solid two-phase flow field is more complex, and has the quite tremendous influence to the overall system desulphurization efficiency. This paper utilized PIV to study velocity distribution in Semi-dry flue gas desulfurization tower and obtained velocity distribution.
