摘要
为了加快产品的设计周期,研究并提出了基于集成模型的产品快速设计方法。产品集成模型主要由产品功能原理模型、产品分析模型和产品结构模型3部分组成,分别描述产品方案设计、产品性能信息和结构信息,并通过数据和产品设计知识将这3个模型集成起来,形成产品集成模型,用于实现产品的快速设计。研究了基于集成模型的产品快速设计系统的框架。将该方法应用于混凝土搅拌站设计中,提高了混凝土搅拌站设计质量,缩短了混凝土搅拌站设计周期。
For the sake of speeding up the designing cycle of product, the rapid designing method of product based on integration model has been studied and proposed. The integration model of product was constituted mainly in three parts of principle model of product＇s function, product analysis model and product structure model. The product＇ s integration model described respectively the scheme design of product, the functional information of product and the structural information. By means of data and product design knowledge let these three models be integrated together so as to form the integration model of product and be applied to realizing the product rapid design. The framework of product＇ s rapid design system was studied based on the integration model, and let this method be applied to the design of concrete mix-stirring station, the designing quality of concrete mix-stirring station was improved and the designing cycle of concrete mix-stirring station was shortened.
