摘要 用3,5-二硝基水杨酸还原糖法测定不同萌发时间的宜香A、涪恢9303、宜香9303、中九A、涪恢9801、中优9801种子中淀粉酶的活性,结果表明,在相同培养条件下,供试杂交稻种子的萌发率均不同,且种子萌发到萌发终止期间,萌发率与淀粉酶活性呈正相关;不同种子萌发时淀粉酶活性变化趋势不同。 The activity of amylase in the seeds of Yixiang A, Fubui 9303, Yixiang 9303,Zhongjiu A, Fuhui 9801 and Zhongyou 9801 at different germination time was determined by using 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid reducing sugar method. The results indicated that the test hybrid lice seeds had different gennination rate under the same culture conditions : The germination rate showed a positive correlation with amylase activity during the seed germination process. Amylase activity in different seeds had different change trend in the germination period.
