摘要
采用不同浓度的光合细菌(PSB)菌液对龙庆稻1号水稻种子做浸种处理,研究其对水稻种子萌发的影响。结果表明:100倍光合细菌稀释液可提高种子的发芽率,而原菌液有抑制作用;在萌发后期,PSB菌液处理组水稻种子芽长均高于对照,其中稀释100倍PSB处理组的芽长最长,适当浓度的PSB处理会提高水稻种子萌发过程中淀粉酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量,降低丙二醛的含量,对细胞膜具有一定的保护和修复作用,改善水稻种子的生理生化代谢。
Seeds of rice Longqingdao 1 were soaked in different concentrations of PSB solutions,in order to survey the influence of soaking seeds with Photosynthetic bacteria on germination of rice seed.The results showed that: 100-fold dilution of PSB could increase the germination rate,however,the original bacterium solution decreased the germination rate;the shoots of rice seeds treated with PSB bacilli were higher than that of the control group at midlate germination stages.The mean shoot length of rice seeds treated by 100-fold dilution of PSB was the longest.Appropriate PSB treatment could increase the total amylase activity and the contents of soluble proteins and decrease the contents of MDA,and which might play some roles in protecting and repairing the cell membrane,improve the physiological and biochemical metabolism of rice seeds.
