摘要
以遵义市中学为研究对象,运用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法,探讨遵义市体育课程人力资源开发利用的现状,旨在探讨遵义市中学体育教学与管理,促进学生个性全面发展,提高遵义市中学体育教学质量,体现中学体育课程的弹性和鲜明的地方特色,为遵义市中学进一步完善新课程提供强有力支持.
The study, with middle schools in Zunyi as its object, helped with questionnaires, interviews, statistics and so on, mainly discusses the current situation about the development and exploitation of labor resources in PE courses in Zunyi, aiming to find out the ways to teach and manage PE of middle schools in Zunyi ; to promote all - round personality development of students ; to improve the quality of PE of middle schools in Zunyi;to reflect curriculum＇s flexibility and prominent local characteristics in PE;to provide strong support, in further improvement in the courses of PE.
