Application of Fiber Optic Technology in Humidity Sensor

摘要 湿度是一个重要的物理量,许多环境下需要进行湿度的测量。各种现代意义上的湿度传感器已经逐渐成熟并得到应用。从测量原理的角度,对光纤式湿度传感器及其应用作简要介绍、总结,并概要分析此类湿度传感器的发展趋势。 Humidity is an important physical parameter, and it is necessary to measure humidity in many environments. Some kinds of modern humidity sensor have been mature and applied. Starting from the measuring principle fiber optie humidity sensor and its applieation are introdueed and summarized briefly, and its development trends are analyzed generally.
