摘要
介绍了电力机车传动系统的状态监测与故障诊断的方法。应用嵌入式技术,采用分层次模块化的设计方法,实时的对传动系统进行状态监测。在发现异常后,通过专家系统完成故障诊断与故障定位,有利于提高机车运行的安全性和检修的高效性。
The state monitor and fault diagnose method of locomotive drive system are introduced. Using embedding technology and hierarch module design tools are able to observe the state of drive system real time. The system finds the position of fault and takes fault diagnose by expert system when the accident takes place. The equipment enhances the safety of locomotive operation and the efficiency of locomotive examination and repair.
