摘要
在大功率交流传动电力机车传动系统中,单相脉冲整流器工作时,会在中间直流侧产生2倍于电网频率的脉动分量,该脉动分量传递到逆变器输出侧会在电机上产生拍频现象,引起转矩脉动和电机过热。针对牵引逆变器的工作特征,提出了应用于同步脉冲调制阶段的无拍频控制算法,在逆变器输出电压可调阶段,根据和直流侧电压变化成反比例的关系调节参考电压幅值,保证输出波形的正弦性。通过计算机仿真和对小功率异步电机系统的试验表明拍频现象得到了较好的抑制。
Aiming at two - level converter-inverter traction system of the high - power electric locomotive, the paper analyzed the generating process of pulsating DC - link voltage and discussed the influence of beat phenomenon on running of traction motor. On the research of working patterns of traction inverter, a kind of technology named beat- less control is given, and control strategy is presented based on synchronous PWM control. The validity of the proposed method for beat - less control is verified by MATLAB simulation and experiment using a DSP - based control system.
