摘要
以松针为材料,用正交实验分析了影响纤维素酶活力的三个主要因素,并根据正交实验结果,对单个因素的多个水平进行了比较分析,结果表明:温度是影响纤维素酶提取针叶胶的最主要因素;酶用量高于20U/g以后,对针叶胶提取率影响不大;在温度50℃、pH5.2、酶用量20 U/g条件下,用纤维素酶处理后,其提取针叶胶的提取率最高。
This paper mainly studied on the proper process condition of extracting confier leaf glue from cedar using cellulase. The experiment analyzed three main factors: enzyme concentration, temperature and pH value, which affect the activity of cellulase. The results are as follows, temperature is the most important factor of cellulase on extracting the conifer leaf glue from cedar; when the enzyme concentration is higher than 20 U/g, it has little effect on the extraction rate; when the extration temperature is 50℃, the enzyme concentration is 20 U/g and the pH is 5.2, the extraction rate is the highest.
