摘要
采用组织分离法,从健康的雪松松针中分离纯化得到11株内生真菌。通过平板对峙和抑菌圈法将11株内生真菌分别对10株供试病原菌进行抑菌活性试验,结果显示内生真菌至少对1株供试病原菌存在抑菌活性。内生真菌发酵液抑菌试验结果显示N03菌株对苹果腐烂菌(Cytospora mandshurica)抑制率达到80.56%,N06菌株对辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)抑制率达到80.74%。N03菌株不同天数的发酵液抑菌活性研究表明,发酵液的抑菌活性与内生真菌的生物量相关。
Eleven endophyte isolates were obtained from healthy needles of Cedrus deodara. The inhibitory activities of fermentation broth from 11 endophytes isolates against 10 pathogenic fungi showed that bioactivity of each endophyte against pathogenic fungus were different by a dual cultural method and inhibition zone method. The inhibitory activities of fermentation broth producing from strain N03 against Cytosoora mandshurica reached 80.56%, and N06 strain against Phytophthora capsici reached 80.74%. The antifungal activities of N03 strain fermented with different days suggested that its antifungal activity was related to the biomass in fermentation broth of N03 strain.
