摘要
设计了一种基于C8051F410单片机的新型光纤光栅解调仪,利用DFB激光器波长可调的特性实现对一定波长范围光纤光栅传感器的解调,温度精度可以达到0.5℃以内。解决了长期必须采用光谱分析原理等手段才能实现波长检测的问题,同时提供一种简单、实用、低成本的方案,既可以作为试验测试设备,又可以配备到具体的产品中。
We devise a new single-chip machine (SCM) C8051F410 based fiber Bragg grating (FBG) demodulator, and employ the characteristic of adjustable wavelength of the laser DFB to realize the demodulation of a FBG sensor within certain wavelength range. Its temperature accuracy is 0.5℃. We solve the problem that wavelength detection must be implemented by the approach of spectral analysis, and present a simple, practicable and low-cost solution, in which the modulator can not only be served as an experimental test equipment but also be integrated into a specific product.
